Top 20 Cartoons of the 90's.

The recent overhaul on Facebook of cartoon profile images has inspired me to recollect some of my childhood memories and list the top 20 cartoons of the 90's.

I am counting any animated TV show in this list, and it didn't necessarily have to start in the 1990's, as long as it had new episodes in the 90's.
